Bluegreen Design has successfully designed and produced the latest Annual Report and Accounts for Karibu Community Homes, the UK’s largest Black and Minority Ethnic-led housing provider.
The primary brief for the project was to transform traditional regulatory financial reporting into an eye-catching, highly engaging document tailored specifically for residents. Moving away from dense text and heavy spreadsheets, we focused on human-centric layouts, vibrant visuals, and accessible formatting to celebrate the community's shared successes and clearly outline future housing plans.
The newly designed report highlights key milestones from the past year, details about upcoming home investment programmes, and updates designed to keep tenants informed and empowered.
