Evolving Digital Foundations...
Bluegreen have delivered a brand-new digital platform built on Concrete CMS for Karibu Community Homes.
Karibu marks an exciting new chapter in community housing, formed by the recent merger of Inquilab Housing Association and Westway Housing Association. Having previously designed and developed the website for Inquilab, we were uniquely positioned to guide them through this digital evolution.
Seamless Transition, Smarter Search
The challenge was to bring two distinct organisations together under a single, cohesive online identity. Leveraging the flexible architecture of Concrete CMS, we built a modern, highly responsive website that prioritises accessibility and streamlined user journeys.
A standout feature of the new platform is an advanced AI-powered search engine integration, powered by Fuzzlabs. Unlike traditional keyword searches, this allows users to search website content and uploaded documents using natural language. Tenants can ask questions the way they naturally speak, making vital housing information more accessible than ever.
Beyond the Screen
Our collaboration didn't stop at the screen. Alongside the website launch, we also designed and produced Karibu's printed Annual Review, ensuring their new brand identity translates beautifully and consistently across both digital and physical media.
