Inquilab Housing Association believes that providing housing for people is more than bricks and mortar; it’s about creating a home and developing sustainable, cohesive, communities.
Inquilab Housing Association provides social housing, housing-related services, and homeownership products for residents living in West London, Slough, and Elmbridge.
They currently have over 1,300 homes including both general needs and shared ownership properties.

Our brief was to create a fresh and dynamic-looking website that can act as an information portal. It needed to be easy to navigate and allow current and potential residents to answer queries, find out information about their property, access processes for reporting issues and faults, and notify residents of important announcements.
The site needed to be user-friendly to allow the wide range of resident age groups to easily find the information relevant to them. Many of Inquilab's residents were new to using digital technology to access information, and this point was key in order to provide an inclusive site.
The site is fully responsive and mobile device-friendly, allowing residents to stay on top of their housing needs wherever they are.
